This comprehensive section, which houses internationally renowned brands, puts the finishing touch on the range of food products closely tied to the world of artisan confectionery, while also proposing new venue concepts.
Adding a touch of excitement to the showcase is the 6th SIGEP BREAD CUP, the International Baking Contest, focused on the theme of sustainability. Ten teams of professional bakers from around the world will face off in the production of a traditional bread, a health bread, a bread sculpture, and a baked dessert. Also on the calendar are events and competitions dedicated to pizza, with "I Love Pizza".
