Events include: on Saturday, the debut of THE PASTRY QUEEN, the first world championship of women pastry chefs; Sunday we have our GRAND GALÀ, with the newly-elected winners of the women-only competition and the stars of the Juniores 2011 championship and the Coupe du Monde 2011. On Monday and Tuesday it is the turn of the ITALIAN JUNIORES AND SENIORES CHAMPIONSHIPS, valid for the respective 2013 world finals.
