Expo sectorsBakery and Pizza
Our section devoted to Bread and Pizza (I Love Pizza, "technologies, raw materials, and ingredients for pizza") completes the offer addressed to bakeries that make cakes, to confectioneries/bakeries, and to bakeries/pizza restaurants.
This section has been part of Sigep for a few years, and completes the exhibit of food products that are strictly connected to artisanal sweets.
The highlight of this showcase will be the 5th edition of the SIGEP BREAD CUP - International bakery contest: ten teams of professional bakers from all over the world will compete in baking traditional bread, innovative bread, bread sculpture, and cake.
