In confirmation of the worldwide success and achievements of Sigep Bread Cup - the 10 teams international contest held for 6 consecutive years - we will celebrate at Sigep 2013 the best bakery of 5 Countries that emerged victorious in the previous editions.

New recipes to be discovered, healthy breads, innovative breads and new trends on display.

During the Golden Bread Cup each day will be dedicated to a different Country that will present its own recipes to the colleagues and the Italian and international visitors of Sigep - A.B. Tech Expo.
The champions will show recipes of traditional breads of their Country, innovative healthy breads bound up with the new food trends, and pastry specialities.

*Italy is the host Country and it will be present at the event every day (from Saturday to Wednesday)
