Selections for the 2013 Junior World Cup

Anticipation is running high for this championship, a launch pad for the international arena.
Italy was the winner of the first Junior World Pastry Cup, so it couldn´t help but organize an Italian Championship in grand style, to select the finest pastry chefs under 22.
Young people from around Italy will face off, introducing new trends and styles and interpreting different cultures, in hopes of carrying off the trophy.
The two highest-ranking competitors will represent Italy at the Junior World Pastry Cup in Rimini in 2013.
