The Italian Championships are back. Youngsters and more experienced confectioners confront one another in an exciting competition. Italy´s great confectionery traditions will be represented by contestants from all over the country. The best of made-in-Italy interpretations and new creations and all the country´s wealth, culture and ingeniousness will be at the disposal of the public, which will be free to grasp the most fruitful suggestions and perhaps reinterpret them in their own workshops.
