Heart of the Pastry Events at Sigep 2013 is the Junior World Pastry Championship, in which youngsters from 5 continents express all their professional passion, tenacity and ambition, made up of great expertise and important creative and imaginative skills, all of which submitted to the consideration of the Master Confectioners making up the international panel of judges.

Theme of the Junior World Confectionery Championship is the Circus of the future.
Thanks to the passion, talent and creative genius of the young confectioners, accompanied by the care and experience placed at disposal by great Masters, the World Championship creates the opportunity to strengthen the identity of the confectioners´ community and that of all industry operators, providing new perspectives and paradigms of artistic production. The risks associated with the circus world, and its visionary power, open up new paths at the disposal of all operators.
