This original international sugar competition will represent a framework for all the Pastry Event days and a suggestive setting for the public, once again in the very best circus tradition. The theme of the event is in fact "the clown girl".
Sugar artists from all over the world will be presenting their sugar sculptures. The feminine sensuality of sweetness will combine with the lightness, cheerfulness and versatility of the clown. The competition will be animated by the ability to transform sentiments and emotions into poetry, so as to highlight the differences and links between the stars in the sky.
