WHEN DOES THE TRADE-FAIR TAKE PLACE?
From 20 to 24th of January 2017 (from Saturday to Wednesday).
At what times?
From 21st to 24th of January, the opening hours are from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm.
On 24th of January, opening hours will be from 9.30 am to 3 pm and between 3 pm and 5 pm the access to the event will ONLY be possible by online ticket, with the following cards: Press, Vip, Trade, Distributors, Demonstrators or other badges containing bar codes. No access will therefore be possible using paper coupons, or full-price tickets.
What is the trade-fair address to set the GPS ON?
Via Emilia 155, Rimini. Entrances are: SOUTH, EAST and WEST.
Are non-trade operators allowed in?
No. By trade operators are meant: gelato makers, confectioners, chocolate makers, bakers, caterers, wholesalers, distributors, architects, interior decorators, press, etc.
I AM NOT AN OPERATOR BUT I WOULD LIKE TO ENJOY SOME GOOD GELATO. WHAT CAN I DO?
From 25th to 27th of January, at the I Malatesta shopping mall, in front of the Trade-Fair South entrance, you can purchase a 1 and a half kilo bowl of gelato for € 5. The name of the initiative is Gusto della Solidarietà (Taste of Solidarity). For details click here.
Can anyone who is not a trade operator but wants to become one visit the event?
Yes, by purchasing a full-price ticket online at the price of € 49. Click here
Is the event open to minors?
The entrance of under-18s is only allowed if they are accompanied by an adult who must necessarily go to the UNDER-18 cash-desk. Under no circumstances is it possible to pre-credit under-18s online. If the accompanying persons are in possession of an invitation coupon, discount coupon or badge, they must go to the UNDER-18 cash desk to obtain a valid entrance ticket and to sign and present the disclaimer. The cost of admission for each under-18, without invitation coupon, discount coupon or badge, is € 55 for just one admission/day. To download the disclaimer click here.

Do disabled persons have to buy a ticket?
No. Entrance is free of charge, including for an accompanying person. Simply go to the cash desk.
Are animals allowed in?
No. Nearly all the stands have food preparation workshops and hygiene is paramount; in any case the “trade fair” environment is not good for animals.
Is it possible to access the event without registering online?
No. Registration is mandatory
How much does a ticket cost?
€ 49 if purchased online, unless you have an invitation coupon or discount coupon (€ 5). The entrance ticket is valid for one admission and for one day only.
I have received a reduced-price coupon. What must I do to enter/access the event?
Go to the website www.en.sigep.it/ticket, access the dedicated area, register, activate the reduced-price code on the coupon, pay 5 euro and print your ticket. If you are already registered in the dedicated area, after logging in with your credentials, activating the reduced-price code and paying 5 euro, you will find your ticket in the list of available tickets. The admission ticket is valid for one admission on one day only.
I have received an invitation coupon. What must I do to access the event?
Go to the website www.en.sigep.it/ticket, access the dedicated area, register, activate the invitation code on the coupon and print your ticket. If you are already registered in the dedicated area, after logging in with your credentials and activating the invitation, you will find your invitation in the list of available tickets. The admission ticket is valid for one admission on one day only.
I have received an invitation badge. What must I do to access the event?
Go to the website www.en.sigep.it/ update, enter your password and after completing registration use the badge to enter directly the event, without going to the cash desks.
The previous years I’ve received an invitation, but not this year. How can I get it?
If you are not an operator you can not enter the trade fair. If you are an operator we shall ask you to contact the authorized retailer in your area that you usually use as a supplier and ask for the entry tickets for the trade fair
I have received a message asking me to update my email address. What must I do?
Access the web site by clicking on the direct link or using the credentials shown in the email message. You have been asked to update your email address because to receive an admission ticket to the event, you must register in the dedicated visitors area. Once you have registered, besides downloading your ticket, you can also organize your visit, selecting the exhibitors you want to meet and the events you do not want to miss.

How to reach Rimini?
Motorway: A14, Rimini Nord exit (3 km) or Rimini Sud exit (7 km); Train: Milano – Bari line, Rimini Fiera station just 50 m from the main entrance (operative during the entire event period) or Rimini Centrale with timetables on website www.trenitalia.com; Plane: Bologna, Ancona airports.

€ 16/day for cars and motorcycles above 150 cc per day
€ 4/day for motorcycles up to 150 cc per day
