| The roasting competition, which saw its international debut in 2013 in Nice, is spread over a busy three-day programme on green coffee classification, roasting and tasting of roasted coffee. The technical jury, under the supervision of an international judge, will be in charge of supervising and awarding the total score to the competitors at the end of the three days. The championship is valid for the WCRC (World Coffee Roating Championship). |
