The young age should not be deceived because Yuri Cestari, in his professional landscape, has collected several experiences with important companies in the sector. His passion can be considered chocolate, given the first years he spent in Stefano Laghi's chocolate shop and the experience gained working with Callebaut, his curiosity led him to experiment and investigate in different areas of the world of pastry.
His approach is technical and scientific at the same time and his focus is to explain not only the "how", but above all the "why". At CAST Alimenti, he teaches in the Professional Advanced Diplomas in Pastry Arts, in Pastry Arts for Hotel & Restaurant Service and Chocolatier.
