Nicoletta Polliotto works as digital project manager for the Muse Comunicazione agency.

An expert in food & restaurant marketing and a well-known conference speaker in the Travel and Digital Food Marketing world, she is also a teacher, consultant and digital designer.
She collaborates with TTG, SMAU, BIT, LUISS, IHMA, ITS, IATH, IED, FIPE, Confcommercio, Confesercenti, CNA.

Nicoletta has edited the new Hoepli series of DMT - Digital Marketing Turismo publications dedicated to tourism and catering, and is the author of 2 manuals, the last one published by Hoepli and entitled “Digital Food Marketing. Guida pratica per ristoratori intraprendenti” (Digital Food Marketing - practical Guide for enterprising caterers).

A certified ParoleOstili trainer, she is also a member of the Cibiamoci Scientific Committee 2018/2019, BTM 2020 and BTO 2019-2020.

The main training day topics stretch from the compilation of a company Communication, Digital Marketing and Social Media Plan, to Brand Identity design, Menu Design and definition of Catering Services on offer.
