With an in-depth knowledge of the bakery, pastry and gelato industry, she’s passionate about leavened bakery products, considering also her long collaboration with Richemont Club Italia and Iginio Massari, for the editing of his book series, Non Solo Zucchero. Her job role in Italian Gourmet let her get in touch with the main Italian and international professionals and the leading key players of the sector and, thanks to that, she can be always updated about the most innovative techniques and main market trends.
