Education Coordinator for SCA Italy

Born in Rome, is a professional coffee taster, consultant, and coffee expert. He began his career as a barista, evolving his training over the years to become a leading specialist in the coffee world. His growth is mainly due to the experience gained in the coffee production countries where, for some time, he has been developing research projects on coffee to be imported into the consuming countries. Passionate about brewing and tasting, he becomes an authorized SCA Trainer and is qualified to certify all the training modules. Today he holds the role of Education Coordinator for SCA Italy, coordinating almost 90 ASTs throughout Italy, i.e., the trainers qualified to run the courses of the official SCA training program and to assign certifications.
