President of AIBI – Italian Association of Bakery Ingredients

Born in 1956, married with two children, Giovanni Bizzarri is general manager of Novaterra Zeelandia, a company specializing in bread and pastry preparations based in Ossona (Milan). Graduated in Food Preparation Sciences at the University of Milan, a former Carabinieri officer, he has a long experience in the food industry: for many years he worked for Nestlè, before moving to Novaterra Zeelandia in 2011
