Andrea Carrassi
General Manager of ASSITOL, Italian Oil Industry Association
Graduated in Law, a great part of his career took place in ASSITOL, where he has worked since 2006. He became General Manager in 2016. He is also director of Assograssi, the National Association of Animal Fats and Proteins Producers, and Secretary General of the European Federation of Olive Oil (Fedolive).
