2020 Italian Coffee In Good Spirits Champion

40, born in Monza, studied at university’s Communication Sciences and Technologies Faculty meanwhile he became passionate about the world of mixology. Barman AIBES, AIS sommelier, coffee trainer, Andrea opened his restaurant, M10 Café in Lesmo, 12 years ago. The passion for coffee led him to study and travel, visiting various plantations in Costa Rica, Hawaii and El Salvador. Soon he engages also in competitions: in 2017 he won the Grand Prix of the Italian Cafeteria, the following year he ranked third on the Italian Cup Tasters Championship until the 2020, when he won the title of Italian Champion for the Coffee In Good Spirits competition.
