born in 1980, has been dealing with the world of cafes and everything related to it for over 15 years. After pursuing university studies, he approached the world of bartending, cooking and sensory analysis, soon becoming a professional sommelier. For over 17 years he has been a Trainer at Luigi Lavazza Spa, where he carries out the role of Special Clients Senior Trainer Events. In 2015 he joined SCA where he took part at some competitions and, in 2016, he became AST trainer for all the modules of the Coffee Skills Program. Since 2019 he has held the position of Event Coordinator for SCA Italy.
