2020 Italian Latte Art Champion

Was born in Grottaglie in 1980. In 2002 she obtained the A.I.B.E.S certificate and began working in the most famous clubs in Milan. After years of apprenticeship, in 2007, she founded the Barlady Team, a team of professional bartenders with whom she organizes itinerant cocktail bar events and corporate catering. In 2011 she opens the Barlady Cafè, where in 2013 has been joined by the young talent Manuela Fensore, with whom she starts a long and intense latte art training. In 2017, Carmen approaches the world of competitions, winning a 2^nd place in a Latte Art competition organized by Faema. In 2019 she gets a 4^th place at the National Latte Art Finals. The following year, coached by Manuela, at that moment reigning world champion, she becomes the Italian Latte Art Champion2020. Today Carmen manages together with her partner Manuela the Barlady Academy, the school based in Milan that offers specialized training in latte art. In the next months she will open her new headquarters: W.L.A.C.C (World Latte Art & Coffee Center) in Rho (MI), a space of 80 square meters that will provide baristas with a full coffee and latte art training.
