CAST Alimenti Junior Executive Manager

A talented pastry chef, Filippo Falciola has been working in the baking arts sector for over 10 years, and so after gaining important experience in various laboratories and pastry shops throughout Italy.

CAST Alimenti, the school where he has perfected and refined his profession alongside chefs and masters of extensive experience and professionalism. The level of expertise he has acquired, has allowed him to become an instructor of the school in a short period of time for the high education courses in pastry and also pastry courses for restaurants and hotels.

He is also the Secondary Executive Manager of CAST Alimenti for the management of courses, events, trade fairs and competitions.
