Monica has been working as a journalist for the Food group for over 20 years. She is a passionate expert of the restaurant and hospitality sector, pastry, foodservice industry and also a connoisseur of small artisan companies in this field. After working for several years as an editor and a project manager for Dalcò publishing house, she is now the executive editor of Dolcesalato and Food Service magazines.
