Paolo Grechi
President of Yeast Group in ASSITOL
Born in 1954, married with two children, Grechi graduated in nuclear engineering from the University of Bologna. He is CEO of Zeus Iba, a historic Florentine company specializing in baking yeast, which in 2016 is joined in a joint venture with the Canadian company Lallemand, world leader in wine yeasts. He is also vice president of Confindustria Firenze.
