Further to article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we provide you with the following information.

  1. The personal data provided by you or gathered in the course of our business will be processed in a manner informed by the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and the protection of your privacy and rights.
  2. The personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
    • Contacts area of the Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. general website and the websites relating to the exhibitions managed by Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A.: the data will be processed in order to reply to your specific requests for information.
    • Careers area of the Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. website: the data will be processed in order to assess the potential for establishing future contractual relations, whose content is yet to be determined, and also the search for traineeships and internships.
    • Pre-registration area of the Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. website and the websites relating to the exhibitions managed by Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A.: the data will be processed in order to register you for the requested fair and/or to provide information / operational support to facilitate visits to exhibitions, for the management of the contractual obligations stemming from that registration, for compliance with the obligations laid down by laws, regulations and EU legislation in relation to the said exhibitions and for the management of organisational matters in association therewith (for example, issuing of tickets, badges, etc.).
    • Press Accreditation area of the Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. website and the websites relating to the exhibitions managed by Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A.: the data will be processed in order to assess and grant accreditation for events to the media outlet that the person filling in the form belongs to, for the management of the contractual obligations stemming from that accreditation, for compliance with the obligations laid down by laws, regulations and EU legislation in relation to the said accreditation and for the management of organisational matters in association therewith (for example, issuing of tickets, badges, etc.).
    • Newsletter area of the Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. website and the websites relating to the exhibitions managed by Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A.: the data will be processed in order to send promotional, information and/or commercial messages to the user.
    • Suppliers area of the Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. website: the data will be processed in order to register the supplier and grant it access to some services of interest to it thereby enabling the supplier to better manage its own account.
    • Exhibiters area of the Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. website: the data will be processed in order to grant the exhibiter access to some services of interest to it thereby enabling the exhibiter to better manage its participation in exhibitions and/or to provide information / operational support to facilitate participation at exhibitions.
  3. The personal data may be utilised also for the purposes of sending information and advertising material or for commercial communication about new products or updates or news about existing products.
  4. The processing may be done manually or with the assistance of electronic means in a manner that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data.
  5. The provision of data is optional for the purposes specified in point 2 above. However, a refusal to provide us, in whole or in part, with your personal data or to authorise us to process the said data may make it impossible for Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. to process the data for the respective specified purposes and therefore could well mean no reply being given to the person concerned, no contract being signed with them, no performance at all or just partial performance of the contract or an inability to provide the service requested.
  6. Consent to the processing of data is optional for the purposes specified in point 3 above and a refusal to authorise us to process the said data will not lead to no performance at all or just partial performance of the contract or to non-performance of the appointment but will simply make it impossible for Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. to utilise the data for the purposes specified therein. In the case of data communicated by the person concerned through the Newsletter area, that action presupposes per se that person’s consent.
  7. The data may be communicated, exclusively for the purposes indicated above, to certain persons including legal and tax advisors, banks, suppliers of exhibition services, online ticketing operators and help desk operators. The data gathered through the “Careers” area may be communicated also to recruitment agencies or temporary work agencies. The data could also come to be known occasionally also by our subsidiaries or affiliates, for the same purposes.
  8. In the case of processing of data for information and promotional purposes, the said data could be communicated – solely upon the giving of your express and optional consent – also to our parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates as well as to third party companies operating in the marketing sector.
  9. It is understood that in the event of a transfer of a business or business unit belonging to Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. that holds a database containing all of part of the aforementioned data, the transfer may include the data in question without the need for further express consent being obtained from the data subject.

  1.  A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
  2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed of:
    a) the source of the personal data;
    b) the purposes and methods of the processing;
    c) the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the assistance of electronic means;
    d) the identifying particulars of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated under article 5.2;
    e) the persons or categories of person to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know the said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in Italy, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
  3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain:
    a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, supplementing of the data;
    b) erasure, conversion into an anonymous form or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
