AIBI President & General Manager Puratos Italy

The President of the AIBI Group (Italian Bakery Ingredients Association) and General Manager of Puratos Italia is a graduate in Food Science and Technology, with a PhD in Food Biotechnology. He began his career in the milling industry and later transitioned into the bakery and pastry industry, working for Puratos. He has held various roles in the company and became General Manager of the Italian branch in 2012, which is a position he still holds. Since 2022, he has also served as President of the AIBI Group in Assitol.
