Rolf Mürner
Rolf Mürner is an experienced pastry chef who manages his own company, Swiss Pastry Design. Among his countless awards and recognitions are the World Cup of Pastry, numerous first places at the International Culinary Olympics, the world victory at the Culinary Classic in Chicago, and the Team Sportsmanship Award in Las Vegas. His first publication, which is now sold out, "Mürner 1," won the title of the best pastry book in the world at the 2010 Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. Since then, the master has received several awards. In 2013, the sequel, "Mürner Level," was published. Many of Rolf's books have won awards. In Rüeggisberg, near Bern, he runs a pastry shop. In the adjacent restaurant, you can taste his creations against the enchanting backdrop of the Bernese Alps.
