Pascal Lac
The chocolatier Pascal Lac has developed exceptional know-how and unique creativity in the Côte d'Azur, where he has become a reference for tourists from all over the world. Adored by gourmets who frequent Nice, he has no equal in his mastery of "taste". His love for the best cocoa vintages and artistic achievements has earned him numerous awards. He won the Chocolate Award twice, with a maximum score of 5 bars, at the Chocolate Salon in Paris in 2008 and 2009. After obtaining the "Best of the Best" award four times, he was crowned "Incontournable" among the 20 best chocolatiers in France, by the famous Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat. He has been a member of the prestigious Association "Relais Desserts International" since 2006.
