The Pastry Queen, Women´s Confectionery World Championship. After the huge success of the first edition, this championship event will be back on the Pastry Events stage, with 12 of the best confectioners from all five continents.
Italian Senior Confectionery Championship, selection valid for the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie 2015: the winners will make up the Italian national team at the next World Championships in Lyon.
Italian Junior Confectionery Championship, competition for young talents; the last two editions have been won by the Italian team.
Every day in the Sigep Times Square: The Star of Chocolate, international chocolate art competition. This original Championship will act as framework for all the Pastry Events days and will be located in the centre of Times Square. Chocolate artists from all over the world will be creating their inimitable and one-of-a-kind sculptures live.
