28 years old: he is the youngest of the three Coppola brothers. He approached the art of pizza-making thanks to his older brother Ciro and rolled out his first pizza at the age of 8. Today he is Ciro's right-hand man, and is a great fan of the oven and the cooking of the Vera Pizza Napoletana. A true Neapolitan pizza maker, the youngest of the brothers, he is always attentive to new proposals on the world market, is a volcano of ideas and enjoys experimenting with all the discoveries in his recipes. He is the creative face of the Fratelli Coppola brand, and together with his siblings Katia and Ciro, he also takes care of selecting the best raw materials on the market, precisely to guarantee a true pizza that, while respecting tradition, is also modern in its filling and combinations.
