In order to make the most out of your experience at the fair, in this section we welcome your requests and develop a customized solution to your questions.
SERVICES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE
Rimini fair offers easy and convenient access to the exhibition center for disabled people by providing the following services:
• Reserved parking spaces
• Easily accessible via slides
• Doors with push opening
• Monoplanar pavilions and all connected directly to each other
• Spacious refreshment points allowing freedom of movement
• Properly equipped toilets
• Conference rooms located upstairs accessible by lift
• Railway station on the Milan - Bari line reachable by lift
• Mobility aids (manual pushchairs) bookable for the event days.
Rimini Fiera offers free of charge - by reservation - the possibility for users to use mobility aids (manual push prams) during the event days.
For the booking request, download the form here, fill it out and send it by email to HELP DESK (helpdesk.rn@iegexpo.it). You will receive a booking confirmation.
The collection of the aid will take place at the infirmary of the agreed entrance, upon presentation of a valid identification document (indispensable for collection), and must be returned at the end of the day, even if the reservation is for several days.
Important notice for exhibiting companies
We hereby inform you that certain Companies, including "International Fairs Directory", "Mulpor Company Srl, "Oceandatalinks", "Fortune Business Intelligence group inc - fortunebig", based in different parts of the world and with constantly changing company names, usually send forms to our exhibiting companies in which they require to rectify company data for the publication of advertisements, in online magazines, unduly using trademarks of our events, or propose the sale of databases of buyers' names complete with company names, names of internal contacts, their email, website, addresses, telephone and fax numbers.
Companies of the above-mentioned kind HAVE NOT BEEN AUTHORISED BY US to use our name nor the trademarks associated with us. There is therefore an arbitrary and illegitimate use of the distinctive signs of others, in order to create misunderstandings in the recipients of the above-mentioned communications. Furthermore, it is understood that Italian Exhibition Group Spa has not communicated or transferred any data of its buyers to companies that propose the sale of our buyers’ databases.
In the event that you receive forms or offers to sell databases of our events, including by e-mail, from the companies as specified above, but also from e-mail addresses of dubious origin and not verified existence and/or reliability, we invite you to pay EXTREME CAUTION, taking the above into account.
