Tickets and entrance to the event 

HOW MUCH DOES THE TICKET COST?

HOW CAN I BUY A TICKET?

The event is reserved for industry professionals. Tickets can be purchased online upon registration (Click here to register).

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED?

Tickets can be purchased with a Credit Card (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, POSTE PAY circuits) or by PAYPAL and SATISPAY.

I HAVE DIFFICULTIES WITH THE ONLINE TICKET OFFICE. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

IS ACCESS PERMITTED WITHOUT REGISTERING ONLINE?

It is preferable to register online before the visit, but you can register also at the fair's ticket counters.

CAN THOSE WHO ARE NOT OPERATORS IN THE SECTOR ACCESS THE EVENT?

Access is only allowed to professionals.

IF SOMEONE IS NOT A SECTOR OPERATOR BUT WANTS TO BECOME ONE, CAN THEY VISIT THE EVENT?

Yes, it is possible by purchasing the ticket.

CAN YOU RE-ENTER WITH THE SAME BADGE ONCE YOU LEAVE THE FAIRGROUNDS?

No, it is not possible.

CAN MINORS ACCESS THE EVENT?

Children are permitted entry, subject to completion of a waiver, which must be presented at the ticket office to obtain an entry ticket (Download the waiver here).

DO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY PAY FOR THE TICKET?

No. Admission is also free for an accompanying person. Simply go to the ticket office.

ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED?

Animals are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs for blind people.

I AM A PROFESSOR. I WOULD LIKE TO BRING MY CLASS TO VISIT THE TRADESHOW. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Visits are permitted to 4th and 5th grade classes of high schools related to the exhibition's merchandise only on the last day of the exhibition.

The address of the Rimini Exhibition Centre is:
Via Emilia, 155 - Rimini

It is accessible from several entrances:

- SOUTH entrance via Emilia, 155 (GPS coordinates: 44.0726, 12.526308)

- EAST entrance via Galla Placidia intersection Via Teodorico (GPS Coordinates: 44.072532, 12.532319)

- WEST entrance via San Martino in Riparotta corner Via Turchetta (GPS Coordinates: 44.072147, 12.520478)

Dates and time

IN WHAT DATES DOES THE EXHIBITION TAKE PLACE?

The fair takes place from 18 to 22 January 2025.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES?

18-22 January 2025

9:30 - 18:00
Last day 9.30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
On 22 January, the opening time will be from 9.30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and after 3 p.m. and until 5 p.m. the event can ONLY be accessed with an online ticket. It will therefore not be possible to enter with any paper coupons or by purchasing a full ticket.

Yes, the free IEG.FREEWIFI network is available in the restaurant areas and conference rooms, it can be accessed by registering from a social account or with name, surname and email.
