ACCESS WITH CARS DURING SETTING UP TIMES
During the setting up times cars are not allowed to enter the fairground.
Cars must park in West 1-2-3, East 3 and South 2 parks.
Hand trolley services with deposit
For discharge of materials is available a hand trolley service with a deposit of € 100.00.
DELIVERY SERVICE
In the West, East and South entrance is also available a free fast porterage service from 16th to 18th January, 8am-6pm.
Packages can be delivered to the above-mentioned locations:
- Already packed
- Max. 15 kg each)
- Labelled with destination (company name, hall, stand)
The packages will be brought directly to your stand within a short time at no extra cost.
Stand set-up
You can anticipate the stand set-up in the days 7,8,9 January 2025.
To apply, please fill in form L3 (advance standfitting) in the ‘ONLINE SERVICES’ section of the exhibitor's reserved area.

Access with cars during dismantling times
During the dismantling times cars are not allowed to enter the fairground.
Cars must park in West 1-2-3, East 3 and South 2 parks.
For discharge of materials is available a hand trolley service with a deposit of € 100.00 and maximum for 60 minutes.

Staff registration
To access the expo center during the set-up (and dismantling) period you need to:
- be up to date with the payment of your invoices
- have obtained approval of the stand design
- activate the technical profile for your standfitter
- fill in the Safety page in the LOGISITCS section
- to book unloading/loading slots
- to register your staff who will have to access the neighborhood on those days
Staff registrations must be carried out in the "LOGISTICS-STAFF REGISTRATION" section in your reserved area.
The technical profile for the standfitter, which allows him to independently access his area where he can register his staff, upload your stand design and your certifications, is activated by clicking the profiles icon present in your reserved area at the top right and than click to “Add Profiles”.
Slot reservation
The entry into the district of the vehicles that have to unload during the setting up times is subject to the reservation of the "slot" which can be made from the "LOGISTICS - SLOT BOOKING" section in the exhibitor reserved area; after booking, print the relevant pass with QR code and present it at the check-in area.
It is important to activate the slot reservation to the standfitter.
This can be done from the SLOT, PROXY TO THE STANDFITTER section of the exhibitor's reserved area.
