SIGEP WORLD reaffirms its role as an incubator for the Foodservice market
During its 2025 edition, SIGEP WORLD reaffirmed its role as an incubator for the Foodservice market with the Start-Up and Innovation Area, an initiative designed to create new business opportunities and foster dialogue between established companies and emerging entrepreneurial ventures.
The exhibition area, both physical and virtual, was entirely dedicated to innovative start-ups and young Italian enterprises, showcasing cutting-edge technologies, new solutions, raw materials, ingredients, machinery, and packaging in the fields of gelato, pastry, coffee, chocolate, bakery, and pizza.
Organized by Italian Exhibition Group in collaboration with ICE-Agenzia, the initiative featured ANGI – National Association of Young Innovators as its Main Partner, confirming itself as a launchpad for innovation and a unique opportunity to give visibility to emerging excellence in the sector.
2025 Winning Start-Up
Among the 20 participating start-ups, the ones that stood out for innovation, strategic vision, and industry impact were:
- Simply SFA, 1st place;
- Veganok Global Srl, 2nd place;
- Koove, 3rd place.
These three emerging companies distinguished themselves with their cutting-edge solutions, helping to redefine the future of Foodservice with innovative and sustainable proposals.
