Award ceremony of the Gelato World Cup, the most prestigious international team competition in the world for professionals in Gelato, Pastry and Chocolate. A biennial event, it represents the absolute pinnacle of the sector, offering the best talents from every continent a unique opportunity for comparison, growth, and international visibility.
The event, now in its 11th edition, will see 12 nations – France, Belgium, Italy, Poland, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, China, Argentina, Mexico, Peru and Ecuador – compete in the Gelato Arena (Hall A7) in tests of the highest technical and creative level.
Their participation is the result of a long selection process carried out over the past two years around the world, with the aim of identifying the most prepared and innovative professionals in the international scene.
The finalist teams have earned their place by overcoming the official selection stages: from the Gelato Europe Cup at SIGEP World 2025, to SIGEP China 2025, through the qualifying events in South America and Singapore, which involved hundreds of professionals in a global challenge in the name of excellence.
The Gelato World Cup is not just a competition: it's a laboratory of excellence, a global stage where new trends in artisanal sweets are defined and the value of collaboration between different cultures, skills, and visions is celebrated.
Competition trials: fruit mystery box, gelato cake, single-serving in glass, popsicles, gelato snack, entrée with gastronomic gelato, marron glacé log, chocolate sculpture, artistic piece on chocolate block, final grand buffet.
