PIZZA SENZA FRONTIERE AWARD CEREMONY

Award ceremony of Pizza Senza Frontiere - World Pizza Champion Games, the competitions of World Pizza Champions, organized by Ristorazione Italiana Magazine.

Talented pizza makers from every corner of the planet will face off in an exciting competition that includes 17 different categories, offering a complete overview of the multiple facets of pizza.

The categories will range from classic pizza, an emblem of Italian tradition, to traditional Neapolitan pizza and Roman pizza, and there will be no shortage of more modern and innovative specialties, as well as creative ones like dessert pizza.

The jury, composed of industry experts and world-renowned chefs, will carefully evaluate each pizza, taking into account criteria such as dough, baking, dish presentation, and flavor balance.
