PIZZA SENZA FRONTIERE

SIGEP WORLD 2026 will host for the second year Pizza Senza Frontiere - World Pizza Champion Games, the World Pizza Champions competitions, organized by Ristorazione Italiana Magazine.

Talented pizza chefs from every corner of the planet will compete in an exciting competition that includes 17 different categories, offering a complete overview of the multiple facets of pizza.

The categories will range from classic pizza, an emblem of Italian tradition, to traditional Neapolitan pizza and Roman pizza, and there will also be more modern and innovative specialties, as well as creative ones like dessert pizza.

The jury, composed of industry experts and world-renowned chefs, will carefully evaluate each pizza, taking into account criteria such as the dough, cooking, dish presentation, and flavor balance.

The championship represents an important opportunity for cultural and professional exchange, where participants can compare notes, learn new techniques, and forge international collaborations.
