Alberto Molinari

Descrizione speaker

Alberto Molinari was born in 1975 in Mirandola, in the province of Modena. Molinari is General Manager of Puratos Italia, a company specialising in the production of bakery, pastry and chocolate ingredients, based in Parma. He graduated in Food Technology from the University of Bologna, becoming a PhD in Food Biotechnology in 2006. In 2001, he was laboratory manager at Molino Pivetti, before joining Puratos Italia in 2004 as R&D manager.
