Concorso Young Ideas
The Young Ideas competition is aimed at young people from Italian hotel schools and vocational training institutions.
The competition will be held in the Bakery Arena and is an opportunity for talented young bakers to compete and be judged by experts in the sector, developing new skills through meeting professionals and working with innovative technologies.

- A bread of their choice
- Small loaves
- Viennese pastries
