The coffee supply chain involves many actors and each of them can influence the quality of the product in the cup. Climate change is a growing challenge, but the adoption of good environmental practices can help mitigate its impact. Furthermore, there are different methods of processing coffee cherries, each of which affects the final characteristics of the beverage.
