THE CONCEPT
Taste of Tomorrow
"Taste of Tomorrow" is an innovative concept that redefines the relationship between technology and nature in the design of dining spaces.
This pioneering project, based on the principles of bioarchitecture, proposes a new Gelato Shop model that goes beyond merely "conserving" natural resources; it creates an active ecosystem that generates environmental benefits, anticipating the future needs of sustainable dining and offering a cutting-edge gastronomic experience.
THE HEART OF THE PROJECT
The place of tomorrow
The combination between gastronomy and bioarchitecture unlocks a world of unexplored culinary possibilities.
Chefs will have access to innovative superfoods grown in real time, creating dishes that delight the palate, nourish the body, and respect the planet. It’s a sensory journey where every bite tells the story of a sustainable future.
ECO LIFECYCLE
The Circle of Beauty
Taste of Tomorrow is a space where nothing goes to waste and where each element tells a story of transformation. Precious natural materials derived from superfood production are transformed into surprising new materials.
Each guest will have the opportunity to take home a small ecological souvenir, evidence of an unforgettable moment and participation in a revolution in support of our planet's future.
