The IILA Economía Comunitaria de Carúpano Project: technology transfer and technical assistance to producers and entrepreneurs in the cocoa sector (Venezuela), financed with funds from the Italian Cooperation, will present its results through a pathway that starts from the raw material and arrives at the finished product according to the bean to bar philosophy. The potential of the raw material, the technology employed and the quality of the processed product will allow us to reflect on the sustainability and impact of the initiative.
