SIGEP Gelato d'Oro is the event that celebrates Italian excellence in the world of gelato and pastry, selecting the professionals who will represent Italy at the third edition of the Gelato Europe Cup, scheduled for SIGEP WORLD 2027.
The competition brings together the best Italian gelato makers and pastry chefs in a high-level technical and creative challenge, where passion, experience, and innovation merge into signature creations. The winners will become part of the national team, ready to compete with Europe's best talents in one of the most prestigious competitions in the sector.
