After the success of the last edition, the Micro Roaster Village returns to SIGEP WORLD with an exhibition area entirely dedicated to Italian and international micro roasteries. A unique meeting point between culture, experimentation and business, where coffee becomes a sensory experience and a bridge between professionals.
Located in Hall A1, the beating heart of the coffee sector, the Village showcases the best of artisan roasting — from the selection of green beans to the final extraction in the cup. Here, visitors can discover new origins, aromatic profiles and processing methods, meet the key players of the specialty scene and attend live demonstrations.
