For 33 years, Sigep has been supporting youth training and promoting educational projects at the fair, with training initiatives, internships and competitions.

Sigep Giovani is an initiative carried out in collaboration with "Pasticceria Internazionale", with the exhibiting companies at Sigep, with hospitality schools and professional institutes from all over Italy, to promote training and offer students the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge and skills learned at school.
