Gelato Competition for Hotelier Institutes

Gelato Arena - Hall A7

The competition, in its first edition, is reserved for students of Hotelier Institutes and Professional Food Training Centres, and is named in memory of Vittorio Bartyan, owner of Telme and Past-President of Acomag.



The aim of the initiative is to promote the Gelato production among young students, stimulate their creativity and make them more familiar with the world of Gelato.



The subject of the competition is the free interpretation of the theme: ‘Ice cream: a passion that knows no limits’, in the following disciplines:

1. preparation, decoration and presentation of a Gelato dish - cooking

2. preparation of a crêpe with Gelato - dining

3. preparation of a cocktail with Gelato - bar
