A discussion between Stefano Laghi and Mirco Benedetti gave rise to the desire to create this discussion table between professionals, dedicated to a crucial issue for our sector: the growing difficulty of involving and retaining young people in the worlds of catering and confectionery. The aim of the meeting is to analyse the causes of this phenomenon and to identify together innovative solutions to make our companies more attractive, educational and motivating places for the new generations. 

Testimonials from professionals doing business in Italy and abroad, participation of higher education institutes, temporary agencies and consultants will actively participate in this initiative by analysing and defining concrete proposals for this important and delicate situation.
