Nino Di Costanzo

Descrizione speaker

Nino Di Costanzo’s career as a chef began with the passion instilled in him by his mother and grandmother, driving him to study and work alongside great masters like Gualtiero Marchesi and Juan Mari Arzak in some of the world’s most prestigious restaurants and luxury hotels. In 2008, just six months after opening Il Mosaico at the Hotel Manzi in Casamicciola Terme, he earned his first Michelin star, followed by a second star and the titles of Grand Chef and Relais & Chateaux Ambassador. In 2016, he opened Daní Maison, a restaurant located in his family home on the island of Ischia, achieving two Michelin stars and numerous awards within a few months.

His culinary philosophy combines tradition and innovation, emphasizing the seasonality and quality of ingredients while reinterpreting the flavors of Campania in a contemporary way. Daní Maison is a welcoming space deeply rooted in tradition, where guests are placed at the heart of an emotional gastronomic experience that evokes memories and conveys the chef’s strong connection to his homeland and origins.
