Two New Halls at SIGEP WORLD 2025
The next edition of SIGEP WORLD – The World Expo for Foodservice Excellence promises to be bigger and richer than ever!
In January 2025, the east gate of the Rimini Exhibition Centre will expand with two new halls: B8 and D8, adjacent to the B7 and D7 pavilions, respectively. The exhibition area will increase by 8,000 sqm, reaching a total of 138,000 sqm. These new halls aim to further promote two key segments of the out-of-home channel: bakery and pizza.
This expansion offers new opportunities to meet suppliers, discover the latest industry trends, and explore the most innovative products related to raw materials, ingredients, services, equipment, furniture, packaging solutions, and technologies.
Bakery sector expands
Hall D8 is designed to complement and enrich SIGEP's exhibition offering in the bakery sector. The space will host new exhibitors showcasing the best products, machinery, and technologies dedicated to the bakery industry. Here, professionals visiting the 2025 edition of SIGEP WORLD will have the opportunity to experiment with new flours and yeasts, deepen their understanding of bakery techniques, and test the latest cutting-edge technologies.
The Bakery Arena, previously located in Hall D7, will be relocated to these new spaces and will host the annual international Bread in the City competition, now in its 6th edition, organized in partnership with the Richemont Club Italy.
A 360° Pizza Experience
Hall B8 will be added to the exhibition area dedicated to pizza, a sector experiencing continuous global growth, and which will be further highlighted at SIGEP WORLD 2025.
SIGEP offers an immersive experience into the pizza world, exploring its many varieties, from classic versions with regional interpretations to the most innovative gourmet pizzas and exotic combinations. The exhibition area will feature technologies, machinery, and equipment, as well as raw materials, ingredients, toppings, and condiments necessary for creating the perfect pizza.
In this hall, visitors and professionals will have the chance to delve into preparation and cooking techniques and find inspiration from emerging trends. An exclusive Pizza Club will provide a sophisticated setting where companies can showcase their products through show-cooking events and masterclasses led by chefs and industry professionals. This is an opportunity for visitors to learn new preparation techniques, test high-quality products and ingredients, and experiment with new solutions.
Additionally, the Pizza Arena will host the "Pizza Senza Frontiere - World Pizza Champion Games," a competition among World Pizza Champions organized by Ristorazione Italiana Magazine.
