SCA Italy National Coordinator

National Coordinator of SCA Italy, is the executive manager of Imperator, a company specialized in sourcing green coffee, as well as director of the Bloom Coffee School and owner of Bloom Specialty Coffee, based in Trieste. His passion for coffee tasting quickly led him to run purchasing/supplying and quality control for his company. In 2009 he won the Italian Cup Tasting Championship and in 2012 was the first person in Italy to receive the Q Grader qualification from the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI). Since 2013 he has also been an authorized Trainer of the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) of which he became board member in 2014, presiding over the International Development Committee. In 2017 he was chosen to become board member of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), resulting from the merging of SCAA and SCAE.
