SIGEP offers a unique platform for all professionals in the dessert and coffee foodservice sector.
The centrepiece of the event is the championships, which include competitions between the best gelato makers, pastry chefs, baristas and bakers from all over the world, who will showcase their technical skills, creativity and innovation.
As well as the championships, SIGEP will also host a series of talks, demos and workshops led by authoritative experts in the field, giving operators the opportunity to enhance their skills and keep abreast of the latest trends.

ChocoLOVE: a competition themed "St. Valentine's Cake" with 15 competitors and 5 different categories: pastry, gelato, bakery, restaurants and schools.
Giovani Lievitisti a Confronto: an important opportunity for promotion to bring together young pastry chefs under 30 from all over Italy.
Innovation District
A rich programme of talks, workshops and training sessions on the future of Foodservice.
Both a physical and virtual exhibition area, entirely reserved for innovative start-ups and young companies.
Innovation Award: the five most cutting-edge projects presented by exhibiting companies will be awarded.
