The top of excellence and professionalism will be on stage in the Pastry Arena, with the return of the Italian Senior Pastry Championship in the 2025 edition.
 


Organized by Conpait and Italian Exhibition Group on an annual basis, the championship sees the participation of pastry chefs over 21 and represents a moment of maximum professional value that celebrates excellence and creativity in Italian pastry making.

COMPETITION FEATURES AND THEME

The theme of the competition is ‘Sustainable Cocoa: from bean to cake in a circular economy’.
The theme must be illustrated by means of the entries described in the regulations, i.e:

  • 1 ARTISTIC SCULPTURE IN SUGAR AND PASTILLE OR IN CHOCOLATE
  • 3 CHOCOLATE CAKES WITH MANDATORY CRISPY BAKED MERINGUE
  • 15 CHOCOLATES
