The next edition of SIGEP presents a programme of events dedicated to pastry at the highest level.

The Pastry Arena will stage the top of excellence and professionalism, with the return, also in the 2024 edition, of the pastry championships dedicated to the most promising and talented pastry chefs in Italy: the Italian Seniores Pastry Championship and the Italian Juniores Pastry Championship, promoted by Conpait in collaboration with CAST Alimenti.

The Italian Juniores Pastry Championships, promoted by Conpait and Sigep, is held every year. It is a unique competition aimed at young talents under 24 years old, offering them a highly formative opportunity to test their skills and find rewarding stimuli to kickstart a satisfying and successful career.
