Anna Cane, Olive Oil Group president of ASSITOL – Italian Oil Industry Association

Graduated from the University of Genoa in Chemistry and Pharmacy, she then specialized in Chemistry and Technology of fatty substances. His career took place above all in the world of olive oil, where she held several managerial roles within market-leading companies in the sector. Nowdays Anna Cane is Global Quality, Scientific & Public Affairs Director of Deoleo, owner of Carapelli Firenze SpA. In addition, she is chairman of the Italian fatty substances Society. She was the first woman to take on an important position within the oil industry association.
